Choose private school or PEP first
FTC supports more than one education pathway. A family pursuing private-school tuition should use the private-school application instructions; a parent-directed education family should check PEP's separate participation requirements rather than treating it as ordinary home-education reimbursement.

Use the scholarship funding organization's application
SUFS provides the FTC/FES-EO private-school application. Start from its official scholarship page, check the new or renewal cycle, and let the administrator determine the appropriate award rather than submitting duplicate requests for the same student.
Complete the student and household checklist
Prepare the documentation for residency, student identity and any priority category you claim. Check the current instructions even if you applied in a previous year; income-priority evidence is different from a universal income eligibility ceiling.
Confirm the pathway before accepting and spending
Review the award notice and education arrangement with the administrator. For private school, finish admission and tuition steps. For PEP, use the separate parent guide and complete its learning-plan and assessment responsibilities.

- FTC and FES-EO labels do not mean a family receives two private-school awards.
