Before you start
Identify whether you are the participating school
Florida DOE's school participation requirements include physical-location, compliance and fiscal-soundness rules. A non-school tutor or retailer instead needs the applicable scholarship administrator's provider process; a business account is not a school approval.
Your next steps
Schools: complete DOE participation requirements
Notify DOE of your intent to participate and follow its current Scholarship Compliance Form, supporting-document and site-visit requirements. Annual private-school registration alone does not prove approval to receive scholarship funds.
Other businesses: follow administrator onboarding
Use SUFS's school and provider hub to find the correct account and service-category instructions. Review the non-school provider handbook before offering services to a private-school scholarship family.
Bill within the family's actual scholarship
Confirm enrollment, tuition obligations and the approved payment route with the family. Keep descriptions and invoices specific; FES-EO participation does not establish eligibility for every Florida scholarship or every service in your business.
