Read the UFA provider application guide for your business and offerings. If seeking full-time school tuition payments, also follow the separate approved private-school policy rather than relying only on a vendor listing.

Complete the UFA-specific provider application
Use the registration route linked from Odyssey's UFA instructions. Creating an account is not submission or approval: complete the business profile and the actual program application.
Supply the requested business and service evidence
Prepare the organization details, offering descriptions and relevant qualification or screening records requested by the application. Respond to review questions and retain the decision for your business and its offerings.
Check the approved offerings and payment setup
Confirm which offerings are authorized and follow the marketplace onboarding instructions. The public approved-offerings list is useful for checking scope, but it does not mean every product sold by a listed business is eligible.

- Completed UFA program application, not only an Odyssey account
- Business identity, offering descriptions and requested credentials
- Approval records, marketplace setup and any separate school approval
Submit identity, financial, student and medical records only through the verified official process. Do not upload application documents to ParentSurf or include them in a public review.
Important distinctions
- Approval in another Odyssey state program does not establish UFA approval.
- A vendor listing and full-time private-school approval are different participation records.
