Choose business or private-school participation
Review the right-to-operate and offering requirements for providers and vendors. Private schools have their own accreditation, operating-history and participation requirements and should use the school-specific guidance.

Start the Texas-specific application
Follow the official provider link to the TEFA onboarding process. The site describes rolling provider applications; check current instructions for your category rather than a closed family-application calendar.
Complete any streamlined invitation requirements
Some qualifying PDSES providers may receive streamlined invitations, but this is not blanket TEFA approval. Complete the required Odyssey onboarding and supply the business and offering information requested.
Verify approval and the listed offering
Retain the Comptroller's decision and check how approved offerings appear in the official finder. Follow payment instructions and distinguish approved educational charges from anything outside your participation scope.

- Offering descriptions and completed approval and onboarding records
Submit identity, financial, student and medical records only through the verified official process. Do not upload application documents to ParentSurf or include them in a public review.
Important distinctions
- PDSES approval alone does not establish TEFA vendor participation.
- Business approval and authorization of a particular offering are separate checks.
