Identify service-provider or product-vendor participation
Read TEA's category criteria before applying. A therapy or tutoring business does not follow exactly the same setup as a marketplace retailer, and credentials depend on the services proposed.

Start with the SPEDTex provider page and TEA's application instructions. Select the appropriate service-provider or vendor process instead of registering through an unrelated state's ClassWallet program.
Prepare the business and qualification evidence
Supply the requested business information, professional credentials and offering descriptions. Read the participation and payment terms before submitting, including any platform charges applicable to your business.
Complete onboarding and verify payment scope
Follow the decision and ClassWallet setup instructions. Confirm whether families should use direct payment for services or the marketplace for products, and provide the documentation required for eligible purchases.

Important distinctions
- A PDSES account does not automatically enroll your organization in TEFA.
- Do not ask families to use a payment route that is not authorized for the intended expense.
