NCSEAA's service-provider process covers its listed service categories, including tutoring, therapy and transportation. Review the applicable qualifications and whether you are enrolling an individual or a facility.

Use NCSEAA's provider enrollment process
Follow the official enrollment link and current enrollment calendar. Read the individual or facility requirements rather than assuming a ClassWallet account by itself makes you an ESA+ provider.
Submit agreements and credential evidence
Prepare the requested professional evidence and enrollment agreement. Facilities should review responsibilities for the people delivering services, not only the facility's business registration.
Complete direct-payment onboarding
After enrollment is accepted, follow NCSEAA's ClassWallet DirectPay instructions. Itemize eligible services and keep the records needed for review; goods and school tuition may use different participation processes.

- DirectPay onboarding and itemized service invoice process
Submit identity, financial, student and medical records only through the verified official process. Do not upload application documents to ParentSurf or include them in a public review.

- Do not advertise an entire retail catalog as approved through service-provider enrollment.
- Credentials and enrolled staff responsibilities can differ by service category.
