New Hampshire Education Freedom Accounts: provider guide
New Hampshire EFA providers should confirm the appropriate CSF registration and payment route for schools, services or retail offerings. Family-portal access does not establish provider participation.

About this guide
An independent guide to Education Freedom Account (EFA) Program, not an official application or an eligibility decision. Rules, application windows and available funds can change. Confirm your circumstances with the program before changing enrollment or committing money.
Before you start
Identify your provider category
CSF's provider registration distinguishes educational institutions, service providers and retailers. Check the requirements for your actual offering and whether it qualifies as an EFA expense before marketing participation.
Your next steps
Confirm the current provider intake
Ask CSF to confirm the provider registration route if you encounter an older portal. The 2026 move to ScholaVia was announced for family applications; it should not be assumed to replace every vendor workflow.
Describe the business and educational offering
Prepare the business contact, provider category and service information requested by registration. Supply any applicable professional or institutional evidence and respond to CSF's review requests.
Set up the approved payment method
Confirm whether your approved participation uses a vendor-payment or marketplace route. Follow current onboarding and invoice requirements; the September 2025 payment explainer is background, not a guarantee that every offering is currently covered.
Preparation checklist
Use this to get organized. The current official application or handbook controls the full requirements.
- Confirmed CSF provider-registration route
- Business contact and education offering details
- Applicable qualifications, approval and payment onboarding records
Submit identity, financial, student and medical records only through the verified official process. Do not upload application documents to ParentSurf or include them in a public review.
Important distinctions
- EFA approval does not automatically authorize tax-credit scholarship payments.
- An account in a payment platform is not blanket approval of your catalog.
