Read the current EFA eligibility and priority rules. Income-based priority is not the same as a universal income ceiling, and a qualifying child is not guaranteed a place when the program reaches capacity.

CSF announced ScholaVia for 2026 EFA applications. Start from the current program page rather than an older bookmarked family portal, and check whether applications are accepting awards or waitlist requests.
Prepare the requested household documents
Use the current application checklist for residency, student information and any priority evidence. Keep a record of the submitted application and follow requests from CSF to complete or correct it.
Complete account and spending onboarding

Important distinctions
- A waitlist registration does not reserve scholarship funds.
- Do not confuse the EFA application with New Hampshire's separate tax-credit scholarship.
