Schools should use Iowa DOE's nonpublic-school resources. Other vendors should open Odyssey's Iowa application link, not assume an application for another state enrolls them in Students First.
Prepare clearly classified offerings
Check Iowa's eligible and ineligible expense guidance and describe what the student receives. Supply the business and category-specific evidence requested in the current application, with accurate prices and service terms.
Confirm approval and available family funds
Wait for the marketplace and offering decisions. For a non-tuition sale, remind the family to check remaining eligible funds after school tuition and fees rather than treating the award amount as a retail spending allowance.
