Organization approval is not the whole process
IDOE reviews CSA providers and programs. A company must present an eligible career-learning opportunity, not merely a business registration or a catalog of ordinary educational products.

Use the guide linked by IDOE for the current year, including the program criteria and application route. Older CSA materials may still describe prior-year calendars and the former administrator.
Document the career-learning opportunity
Prepare the program's instructional purpose, delivery, student population and requested supporting records. Explain the career training or work-based learning offered so the reviewer can assess the program rather than only the organization's name.
Confirm the approved program before invoicing
Retain the provider and program decisions and complete the payment onboarding instructions. Give participating families invoices that identify eligible CSA charges; do not reuse an unrelated Indiana ESA approval as CSA authorization.
