Before you start
Separate schools from other providers
Arkansas publishes separate routes for private and micro schools and for vendors or service providers. Choose the route that matches your organization; submitting a vendor form does not establish school participation.

Open the official provider application
Use the vendor and service provider link on DESE's EFA page or the LEARNS application hub. Schools should instead use the school-specific application and instructions shown on the hub.
Describe and document the proposed offering
Provide the organization's requested records and explain the educational service, curriculum or product. Check the current application for category-specific evidence instead of assuming the documents required by another state will suffice.
Verify the approved scope and payment process
Retain your participation decision and follow the program's account setup instructions. Review the current EFA spending guidance with families so a provider approval is not mistaken for approval of every item you sell.
