LW Pharmacy Technician School is a workforce training and professional development provider that offers career-focused education designed to prepare individuals for employment in healthcare and other professional settings. Through flexible online learning, our programs are designed to help participants gain industry knowledge, practical skills, and career readiness. For this program, we offer a Pharmacy Technician training program that prepares students for national certification and entry-level employment in pharmacies and healthcare facilities. Participants receive instruction in medication safety, pharmacy law and regulations, order entry and processing, and patient safety. We also offer a 15-week Community Health Worker (CHW) training program, which prepares individuals to support community health initiatives, connect individuals to healthcare resources, and serve as trusted advocates for health education and care coordination. In addition to healthcare training, we provide professional development courses focused on workplace readiness, communication, leadership, and career advancement skills. Our programs are designed to create accessible pathways to meaningful careers while supporting workforce development and strengthening community health outcomes.
