Program Name: 12-Week Personalized Learning Plan (PLP) + K-12 Curriculum Access Program Description: The ISA Personalized Learning Plan (PLP) is a 12-week virtual education program that provides K-12 students with full access to ISA’s self-paced digital curriculum along with structured portfolio development support. Students begin with a personalized learning roadmap, then progress through interactive online lessons across core subjects and electives while building a digital portfolio that documents growth and mastery. This program includes four (4) 45-minute student success sessions with a certified Learning Coach, focused on goal-setting, pacing, portfolio reflection, and real-world skill development. All curriculum is asynchronous and can be completed at the student’s own pace, supporting parent-directed learning under the EFA program.
