Palmisano's ATA Martial Arts LLC is a family-owned martial arts academy serving the Bryan-College Station community through the internationally recognized ATA Songahm Taekwondo curriculum. We provide structured, instructor-led educational programs for students ages 5 through adult that promote physical fitness, self-discipline, confidence, respect, perseverance, leadership, and personal responsibility. Our programs combine age-appropriate martial arts instruction with character education, goal setting, teamwork, and life skills in a positive and supportive learning environment. Students' progress through a structured curriculum with measurable skill development and regular evaluations, allowing families to track their growth and achievement.
