About Joyful Sounds Music Studio
I have been a K-8 schoolteacher for 40 years, with a specialty in teaching music. I began teaching piano while in college and became a Simply Music teacher in 2008. This is a "Playing-based Approach" to learning the piano (and music in general). I also teach voice and guitar. In the last 10 years I have extended the reach of Joyful Sounds Music Studio with an on-line option. Most of my students connect with me weekly via WhatsApp or Facebook messenger.
