About Headwaters Jiu Jitsu
Jiu Jitsu Academy offering martial arts classes for Kids age 4 - 18. All classes are no-gi, meaning a kimono is not required to participate. All levels and experience levels welcome. Our Little Movers program (ages 4-7) is a fun, active class deigned to help younger kids develop coordination, confidence, and body awareness through the basic movements of martial arts and fitness in a playful environment. Think of this as a Jiu Jitsu prep class, which helps ensures your little one is fully prepared to engage in martial arts, as well as many other sports and physical activities. Our Kids Jiu Jitsu Program (ages 8-18) provides structured training for older kids to help build real self-defense skills, physical fitness, and respect, all in a supportive, team-oriented, environment. Whether you are looking for general discipline and fitness or competition level training, we've got you covered.
