About Growth Wise
Social Skills for Life is a 12-week online course taught by James Treadway, founder of Growth Wise tutoring. The class teaches 4 main skills: (1) how to make others feel seen, (2) how to calm and center your nervous system so anxiety no longer gets you, (3) how to bust through fear of rejection so you can be your truest and best self, and (4) how to know your core gifts and superpowers so you can guide yourself to where you most belong in the world (socially, in work, etc.)
