About Connected Tutors
Connected Tutors is a K–12 virtual tutoring service offering personalized academic support in literacy, writing, math, and test prep. All sessions are delivered via Zoom by certified educators through a combination of small-group (45-minute) and individual (30-minute) instruction, structured in semester-long programs. Our approach is built on the Four Foundations framework — Science, Skill, Self, and Social — which integrates research-based instruction with self-regulation strategies and collaborative peer learning. Every student begins with an assessment to identify strengths and skill gaps, and receives a custom learning plan designed for measurable academic progress and lasting confidence. We serve students across all grade levels in reading, writing, math foundations, and SAT/ACT and college essay preparation. Connected Tutors is a collective of highly trained tutors that honor family values and student goals.
