Hello, my name is Kyle Haley. I am a certified K-8 Teacher in NH and I have taught in public schools for 13 years, most of my experience happily teaching Kindergarten! I also have taught First and K-4 Music. I have decided to step away from public schools to homeschool my own children, but I would like to continue to work with kids to help them reach their goals, whatever they may be. One of the greatest rewards of teaching young children is helping them to learn how to read! I consider it to be a strength of mine and I try to make learning fun and engaging for each student. I also really enjoy math and making it fun and relatable for kids. I value place-based education and having students learn about the area they live in and what they have around them. I am also offering beginner music lessons for those that are interested in learning guitar, bass, or ukulele. I am a self-taught musician with over 20+ years experience and I want to pass on my knowledge (and passion) for music. I am honestly not big on music theory, but I can teach you how to play. In addition to my teaching (and music) experience, I have been a coach. I've coached baseball, soccer, and basketball for elementary students. I have a passion for sports and being outdoors and I try to incorporate physical activity and movement whenever possible while teaching.
