I am a licensed professional counselor in private practice in Plano. Prior to my private practice, I worked in the school system as a behavior specialist. I have experience working with children and adolescents with neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, school-related challenges, peer and family relationship concerns, and difficulties with emotional regulation. I offer art therapy as a therapeutic tool for those individuals who express themselves through creativity rather than words. I provide a safe, compassionate environment for clients to feel supported, heard, and guide them through their journey to achieve their goals.
